Each month on the third week, collaborating with SAPUK<\/a> i am hosting art days around Lancashire, by doing this we are able to create a warm open space for emotions to be felt through painting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art therapy has been proven to be beneficial to calm the mind helping reduce any stressful cognitive feelings. Within this space people are able to feel calm and within tranquility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
