What it feels like day in and day out to be within your own presence<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Just a question? Do you like yourself when you sit here?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Or are you wishing that someone or anyone would just appear?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Solitude, isolation or loneliness, which one occupies you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Actually, it does not matter they are all quite the handful to consume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Again, do you like yourself when you sit here, if not why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What did you do so wrong that isolates you and you cry?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is it circumstantial? Is it Environmental? Or is it just bad luck?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Do you feel hopeless, unloved scared and do you feel stuck?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Like are you chained to your past, or anxious of your future,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Help me to understand why, let me teach you to nurture, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have to be kind, be peaceful and content,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have to remind yourself daily that you are meant<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To be here, I know I am too, see this internal coaching took me a while<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I never ever understood why I was an unloved child<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But I do now, I get why I have been raised in solitude,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why depression is my daily bread, PTSD has been my food,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So I can help you, so I can again come and sit in the dark blue,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I can guide around this solitude, and I will I promise find you,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not like a stalker, or someone you can not get rid off,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
More a shoulder for you soldier, my dark walk will never stop,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not until I find you anyway, I can find you before it gets too dark,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But I hope you know that deoression and its combos are all a work of art;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Its beautiful you know – to be blue and in isolation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I want to hear what sent you there though, I can listen with patience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I know what and how it feels, how lonely here can actually be on the mind,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is another reason we should always be kind,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because you never know who cries alone,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who has no one but themselves in their home,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I guess that\u2019s why I am here to remind you,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That I am okay, at peace and alone with myself too<\/p>\n\n\n\n
