Darwen Safe Space

When SAPUK first began its journey, we never intended on our support being needed as much as it has been, so over the years of understanding, engaging and having a community focus, SAPUK has opened Safe Spaces to accommodate for some local communities needs;
These spaces are safe zones for suicidal ideations / thoughts / actions and we welcome anyone who may be struggling to navigate these. Each space is different and it will depend on facilitator and group size on how each group is engaged with;
Each or most weeks SAPUK will be available across Lancashire with Dan & other volunteers, we will use this event page to keep the safe spaces upto date each week with locations and times.
Once again SAPUK have collaborated with numerous settings across Lancashire to bring you their safe spaces, these are facilitated by a qualified & certified facilitator to reduce suicidal thoughts and actions;
