Our life coaches are here to ensure that you get the correct support needed, we use several different models when coaching individuals, such as the GROW model, we also utilise models such as CLEAR aswell, but our support is tailored to and for you – our coaches have the capacity to coach through Suicidal thoughts and tendencies;
Each session is low cost and a minimum of 1 hour per week, maximum of two hours, but if you are struggling to support the costs of coaching, please contact the email above and we will see how we can support you going forward
Until 2026, each session will be £15 per hour with one of our trained coaches;
