You are the world
Glowing for 2026

I write for a living and I spend my time being guided by angels. We each have our guidance and affiliation, and this is what makes us all uniquely ourselves and we each show this to the world in a number of ways. Mine is by passionate writing and following angel signs.


This is meant to say I made a light ** poem pending <3
Spiritually building self-esteem and encouraging a positive outlook but learning that it starts with you. Then you express it outwards.
Not everyone has to be spiritual, others may be believe in god (I do to a degree too) others may spend their time being guided by some other force, such as love, money, fame etc, it really is this simple everyone is so different and in a different perceived world.
So, how do you tell someone that they are the world? That their atoms are the same as the ones that we find in plants, that are also here in the earth. That we share the same waters and so much more. We are just all a bit different.
Our nervous system replicates like a root system, our eyes can look like galaxies, our fingerprints can replicate the core of a tree, our tears are like raindrops, yet many of us walk around as though we mean nothing.
You can’t tell someone that they are the world, they or you have to feel it – but how do you make someone feel it? It is simple you remind them how they are. Remember the root systems.
Now I am not saying you are the literal world, but we share the same energy as the world, we are a part of it. And we either experience the bad or the good of it.
What we are too remember is that both the good and the bad will pass and things do have the opportunity to also overcome us, such as traumas from our past, current life positionings, & troubles with love. But we must experience it all as an experience.
We can no let anybody hold us back from our divine purposes.
During our day to day lives and as human beings we experience many different emotions, due to many different causes and effects. When faced with trauma or negative experiences and ensuring that we don’t act as a ‘burden’ or begin to spill our experiences, we learn to mask. This is where we can hide our true emotions and motifs to become a different or more as we perceive socially acceptable person.
As individuals we do gain influence from our peers and care givers, we also learn what is right and what is wrong as we pass through the years, but we aren’t ever really taught how to comprehend trauma’s, such as losses, another’s negative judgement or influence, or a character that is masked. Learning to maintain stability and resilience during the aftermath is key to a healthy mind and future.
People / traumatic events can make other people unhappy; it is like a ripple effect. Most cases of depression are caused by another person or trauma, so we must become resilient à blog about resilience
Ultimately it does start with you. Consisting of patience, understanding, optimism and a high self-esteem.
These traits do not come over night; they are a cause of nurture or nature and start building as early as the age of one day old.
Learning to positively impact yourself is a huge step towards a healthy future, such as enjoying the free things in life such as the outdoors. Eating healthy and drinking enough water. Light exercising or daily stretches.
It is difficult to manoeuvre life during depression or any other negative implications such as health condition but reminding yourself how far you have come under the circumstances is always extremely rewarding.
Do not overthink or ‘celebrate’ your painful moments, reliving them does not make them any more positive, it only holds you back. Instead, when faced with past moments, say thankyou for the reminder but I am going to move on now. Take five deep breaths and think about something in the future.

Remembering / highlighting again that you are the world.
It is your world, and you are the only one who is driving, people are just passengers. What they action and whether they stay or not we have no control over, neither does it define who you are.
You are your biggest fan; you are also the only person who truly knows who you are. Nobody else knows what you have been through nor can they feel what trauma you have experienced, they just presume, but we can also presume too… It is a natural part of our brains.
Now there are many ways in which I can describe this feeling that is within my words whilst I type this, being distracted by a cat. :’)

Something just dropped on me a few months ago, and it was that ‘you are the world’ and I felt it. So, I must write about whatever pops in my head. I am extremely spiritual, so I find myself drawn to where I am drawn to. Still pending being drawn back to the podcast. :’)
Over the years I have been nurtured negatively to which I built resilience. Self-built protective factors to low tolerance, confidence within negativity and strength within deceit. The only way that I have built this is by being confidently independent.
I think that’s when I realised that this is my world and I decide what goes on here … We all have a different way of looking at life and this is fine, its healthy to have different views because everything is a presumption anyway!
But all in all, the message I want to progressively cross to you, is that you are the world and I need you to live it to your absolute fullest with the most peace, love, kindness you have to give and furthermore a huge respect for our earth that you can give too. And I promise, it will bounce back to you.
