Is anybody out there? No really is there?
When first entering this earth as an entity or an earth being, we have one generic process, to grow, to form within our circumstances and to manoeuvre each day. We also each share something else, we share that nobody knows what life has in store for tomorrow or that of the next day.
We also have no choice in who we are brought into this world as or with and we have no immediate choice on our bodies either.
Now this is not what I am getting at today with this write up, I just wanted to remind you of the lack of biological choices we have. We are all growing and manoeuvring life as we are and none of us know what tomorrow may bring.
We just have to do what we can with what we have, everybody is uniquely beautiful just as they are and always Be f*$#i%g kind!
There has been a shift… So many people have emotionally checked out personally. Is anybody out there? Like, for real is anybody I know or knew out there?? No, probably not – but a stranger will be.
Finally (utilises degree), I took myself and I did some market research on smaller profile social media profiles and public content as well as subconsciously analysing groups / individuals (I always said I would never do this but apologies, here we are). This research consisted of collating and analysing differentiation in geographic locations, I also looked into their communities and worked through percentages. I read to understand different blogs / articles and different energies that were given off on different social media platforms. Then I also read through different research pieces, including ones of small associations.
To summarize my findings, I have gone private – falsity you have withered me, I no longer want to show parts of my private life in that capacity anymore. I concluded that social media is not a determinator. And actually, the more energy I put into understanding different energy and perspectives on social media the more my own mental well-being became to decline. It is just not worth it… The value of social media presence has declined for me.
Social media is so far-fetched, and it illuminates the lack of support for so many individuals, check out my previous write-up on Social media and Mental Health. Social media is where you must bring yourself to chasing persistence and a huge lack of care, to which then can cause a real-life human disconnect for many individuals.
As an example, when understanding public information circulated amongst different parts of the web it is seen that it is a common theme that those who are closest to you would never support you in the same way that someone you don’t know will support you. This reality and understandings are so sad because why?
Why is an old friend or acquaintance not valued for one second support but a stranger is?
Why is this such a common thing amongst individuals who are trying to publicly progress?
Why do so many individuals disconnect from their families and friends due to social media?
Why do girls with their clothes off have more following than someone who is fighting for their life?
Many sources claim that it is sourced from bitterness / jealousy traits and others say that it is a lack of care. But damn, is anybody out there?
I don’t understand this movement and I never have; nobody is better than anybody and everybody has their own path to walk amongst. You should be grateful for the people you get to know or get to hold close, and you should be lucky for those you get to keep in your life because not everyone gets to keep their people or even gets good people.
You also can not assume that you know anybody especially if it is based on another person’s judgements.
You should also be grateful for having the cognitive abilities of empathy, care, peace and the generosity of free love.
This is everybody’s first time living and if like me you feel the energy of another life and previous lives you will know that this lifetime is a fraction of your journey.
I do strongly believe as we engage with life especially through the hardships we do grow, we create our boundaries and we understand who is genuine and who is not. Enduring the life that I have previously lived my personal tolerance for any external drama is none, if you bring any chaos to me there is an extremely high chance that it would be easier if you spoke with a brick wall. And often than not, I always feel like dust-balls mentally fly past, even in my previously darkest moments I was mostly so alone. So, another person’s image of who I could be in their perspective has little to no energy from me, but I feel it for others.
Another thing that I have learnt is that you don’t have to change to suit other people, you keep to your true self, respect your moral boundaries and you gift what you feel is right in the moments, (as long as it is within positive emotions) those who love you will come and they will love the you for you, oh and be on your own until you meet what is right for you 😊.
It is okay to do what is right for you, if you haven’t got any support that is fine keep pushing! Do not ever let anybody deter you from your own personal missions. It doesn’t matter what anybody else’s views are on you as long as you and those closest to you know who you are, then that is all that matters.
Over the years I have strengthened my boundaries, because respectfully I almost lost my life in silence several times, these were due to external causes beyond my control and personal choices of people. My lack of tolerance in certain areas includes any one-sided conflicts, any external bad energy. Any disloyalty to anybody. Anybody who speaks poorly of someone behind their back. Anybody who lies. Any tunnel minded misunderstandings. Any small minds. Any aggression from miscommunications, lack of communal understandings and or morals.
But I wanted to kind of ask you as once previously strong communities, if your friend or someone you know is needing online support, please just gift it … It takes two seconds and studies show supporting friends and family reduces cortisol. As examples, you see their post and you like it, which is a happy emotion, or you see their post and you despise it, which is a negative emotion. Which one are you?
They also say friends don’t support you, but they do. It is just the ones who you thought might have been friends maybe they aren’t really but that’s a judgement you would have to comprehend yourself based on your own experiences, personally my friends support me online and offline…
As another example our beautiful girl Abbie never received barely any social media support even though she was persistent with it, in the end she died because of cancer, her departure status had over 3,000 responses, imagine if she got that whilst she was alive, you would have boosted her little heart.
Thankyou for reading and don’t forget you don’t have to change for anybody you are beautiful just as you are. Keep being you.
Lots of Love D x
